Dec 1 | Welcome to New York City

Today, you’ll arrive in New York City and receive a warm greeting from your Universal Travel Representative. Board your motor coach and transfer to your Manhattan Hotel for a festive four-night stay! At Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central, you’ll be in the heart of the vibrant Times Square/Broadway area of Manhattan, close to theaters, shopping, and dining. Walk to Rockefeller Center, Herald Square, Jacob Javits Convention Center, and Madison Square Garden. Take some time to relax and freshen up before enjoying a welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Dec 2 | Radio City Music Hall | Broadway Show

This morning go behind the scenes of the Showplace of the Nation. Explore the history and beauty of Radio City Music Hall on this spectacular 60-minute guided tour. Discover art deco masterpieces including the palatial 60-foot high Grand Foyer and visit Radio City’s secret apartment, The Roxy Suite. Get exclusive views of the majestic auditorium and learn the history of the iconic Great Stage. Complete your tour by meeting a Radio City Rockette! Next, get settled into your reserved seats and experience wonder like never before with the ultimate New York City holiday celebration at the Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes. Radio City Music Hall transforms into a magical winter wonderland where the sights and sounds of Christmas surround you and the legendary Radio City Rockettes dazzle on the Great Stage. A theatrical staple since 1933, The Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular is a show celebrating the holiday season with everything from a “Living Nativity”, complete with real camels and sheep onstage, to the iconic “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers” in which 36 dancers march onstage (and fall) in perfect synchronicity. You’ll also see tap dancing, take whirlwind bus and sleigh tours of New York City, journey to the North Pole with two children searching for the perfect gift, and so much more. December 3 – City tour & Matinee Broadway Show

This morning board your luxury motor coach for a guided panoramic city tour. You will learn about the rich history and listen to many tales of one of the most famous cities in the world. On your guided tour see sights such as the Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Macy’s, the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building, Union Square, Central Station, and much more. Enjoy an included lunch at a local restaurant, before heading to an afternoon matinee of your choosing on Broadway. For the remainder of the day you will have free time to explore New York City. Choose to visit the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree adorned with 18,000 lights, peruse the many shops in SoHo, travel up the Empire State Building, or walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. Whatever you choose you are sure to be swept away in this magical city during Christmas time.

Dec 4 | Museum of Broadway | Lunch Cruise and Shopping

The Museum of Broadway, on West 45th Street in Times Square, is the first permanent museum dedicated to documenting the history and experience of Broadway theatre and its profound influence upon shaping Midtown Manhattan and Times Square. Located in the heart of Times Square, the museum celebrates Broadway’s rich history (from the 1700’s to today), the behind-the-scenes and its game changers. See hundreds of rare costumes, props and artifacts up close and experience Broadway like never before. Afterwards, enjoy an unforgettable elegant lunch on the Hudson River aboard the Bateaux New York. This unique, European-inspired, glass enclosed dining vessel allows sweeping 180 degree views of the NYC skyline.

Dec 5 | 911 Memorial & Museum | Home

After breakfast this morning visit the 9/11 Memorial Museum, located at the site where the Twin Towers once stood, to discover more about the events that transpired 22 years ago. As a monument to human dignity, courage, and sacrifice, the museum honors the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, recognizes the courage of those who survived, and salutes those who risked their lives to help others. On this self-guided tour you will have access to the many artifacts, imagery, personal stories, and interactive technology that are displayed as part of the permanent collection of the memorial. From here, transfer to the airport for your flight home. Fond memories of your Christmastime in New York City will last forever!
